The Easiest Party Dip Ever

It truly is so easy. It can almost not even be called a recipe, ha! I love recipes like that, especially for appetizers because they should be quick, easy and delicious so you have time to spend on other elements of your party menu.

How to Make Easy Onion Dip

Simply add in the sour cream, mayonnaise and the Lipton Onion Dip mix to a bowl. Stir and ta-da! SO easy!

A note on ingredients! Whenever you have a very simple recipe with few ingredients, make sure you use the highest quality you can because this will result in the best tasting recipe!

The Lipton Onion Dip packet is usually found in the soup aisle, so check there first! It’s a delicious combination of dry onion flakes and seasonings like onion powder, parsley, celery seed, paprika and black pepper. It has so much flavor – so delish!

You can certainly kick it up a notch by adding extra seasonings like extra black pepper or even a dash or two of hot sauce for a kick!

Healthy Swaps

I suggest using full fat sour cream and full fat mayonnaise but you can certainly substitute in light sour cream or light mayo if you want to cut calories. Want to make it even healthier? Substitute out the sour cream for nonfat plain Greek yogurt.

What to Serve with this Easy Onion Dip?
