Baked Boursin Dip is the ultimate easy party appetizer, packed with flavor from creamy, melty Boursin cheese, roasted tomatoes, garlic, and onions. It’s incredibly simple to make and absolutely delicious!
The creamiest, most delicious and flavorful dip to exist, I’m telling you! It’s also so simple and made with just a few ingredients in under an hour. I love this baked Boursin dip for holiday parties, game days, and more!
If you keep up with TikTok viral recipes, a baked Boursin pasta was quite popular a few months ago. It starts off similarly to this dip, but adds pasta. I knew the sauce alone was dip-worthy! It’s also very customizable to your favorite flavors.

Ingredient Notes for Baked Boursin Dip
BOURSIN CHEESE: Boursin is a soft, crumbly French cheese with a texture similar to cream cheese. It comes in a variety of delicious flavors, like Garlic & Herb and Shallot & Chive. Look for Boursin rounds in the deli cheese section of your grocery store.
TOMATOES: Use any tomato variety you have, I like cherry tomatoes. You could also chop up a larger tomato if you prefer. You’ll just need about a pint. You’ll need about 1.5 cups.
RED ONION: You’ll just need 1/4 cup of diced red onion. You can use any onion variety you prefer, white or yellow onion would be fine too. Or if you prefer to leave it out, that’s fine too.
GARLIC: Don’t skip the extra garlic, it adds so much flavor! I just use 2 cloves, diced.
EVOO: Add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil over the ingredients before baking. You could swap in an avocado oil if you prefer.
SALT & PEPPER: Add a generous pinch of sea salt and cracked black pepper. If you want a kick, add a few shakes of red pepper flakes too or any other seasonings you like.
Baked Boursin Dip
Simply pour your tomatoes in an oven-safe baking dish. Add the Boursin cheese in the center. Add on your garlic and onion. Drizzle with EVOO, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 400 degrees F.
When you take your dish out of the oven, be careful as it will be very hot, use the back of a fork to mash the tomatoes and stir the dip all together until creamy and blended.
Serve baked Boursin dip with your favorite crostini.
This dip is HEAVENLY, trust me! You will love this! I’m already dreaming of new variations of this Baked Boursin Dip like adding in chopped chicken or even lump crab meat to bulk it up a bit with some protein. Chopped spinach would also be a delicious addition.
