Instructions
Preheat oven to 400℉.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll one sheet of thawed puff pastry on parchment paper.
Unwrap Boursin cheese round and place in the middle of puff pastry.
Top with bacon jam.
If desired, trim the corners of the puff pastry. Fold the sides of the puff pastry up and over the cheese, pinching the seams together to seal. You can either flip the wrapped Boursin over or leave it as is—just make sure the seams are well-sealed to prevent unwrapping during baking.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Drizzle with hot honey and serve with your favorite crackers!
