1/4cuppineapple juice(reserved from drained pineapple)
18-ounce cancrushed pineapple(reserve 1/4 cup of liquid)
1cupcheddar cheese(shredded)
1cupdeli ham(chopped)
4slicescooked bacon(crumbled)
2tbspgreen onion (chopped)
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, stir together softened cream cheese with sour cream and pineapple juice until well combined. You can do this by hand or with an electric mixer if you like.
Spread cream cheese mixture into the bottom of your serving dish.
Top with crushed pineapple (drained well), ham, cheddar cheese, bacon crumbles and green onion.
Serve with your favorite crackers. Refrigerate leftovers for up to 2 days.
