Ingredients

  • 2 8-ounce blocks cream cheese (softened to room temperature)
  • 1 packet ranch dressing seasoning packet
  • 1/4 cup green onion (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bunch parsley sprigs

Instructions

  • In the bowl of an electric mixer or a large mixing bowl using a hand-mixer, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning packet, chopped green onions, sour cream, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
  • Place a large piece of plastic wrap on the counter. Transfer the cheese mixture onto the plastic wrap and shape it into a cone resembling a carrot. It can help to spritz clean hands with nonstick cooking spray to help form the shape.
  • Press on the cheddar cheese to the outside of the carrot-shaped cheese ball.
  • Clip the ends of the parsley sprigs evenly and press them into the top of the carrot.
  • Serve the Easter Carrot Cheese Ball with an assortment of crackers, breadsticks, and fresh vegetables.
