The perfect appetizer for your Easter spread, this cheese ball is shaped like a carrot and covered with cheddar cheese and parsley sticking out the top to look just like a carrot!
28-ounce blockscream cheese(softened to room temperature)
1packetranch dressing seasoning packet
1/4cupgreen onion(chopped)
2tbspsour cream
2tspWorcestershire sauce
2cupsshredded cheddar cheese
1bunchparsley sprigs
Instructions
In the bowl of an electric mixer or a large mixing bowl using a hand-mixer, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning packet, chopped green onions, sour cream, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
Place a large piece of plastic wrap on the counter. Transfer the cheese mixture onto the plastic wrap and shape it into a cone resembling a carrot. It can help to spritz clean hands with nonstick cooking spray to help form the shape.
Press on the cheddar cheese to the outside of the carrot-shaped cheese ball.
Clip the ends of the parsley sprigs evenly and press them into the top of the carrot.
Serve the Easter Carrot Cheese Ball with an assortment of crackers, breadsticks, and fresh vegetables.
