Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup buttermilk (add more to thin if needed)
  • ½ cup loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños (drained - add a bit more for a spicier kick)
  • 1 tablespoon pickled jalapeño juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon dry ranch seasoning (I use the Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning.)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 Pinch salt (optional, to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust: add more jalapeños for heat, or buttermilk to thin
  • Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
