Copycat Chuy's Creamy Jalapeno Recipe
The creamy dip you love from Chuy's! Serve with tortilla chips, drizzle over tacos or use as a salad dressing!

- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- ¾ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup buttermilk (add more to thin if needed)
- ½ cup loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños (drained - add a bit more for a spicier kick)
- 1 tablespoon pickled jalapeño juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon dry ranch seasoning (I use the Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning.)
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 Pinch salt (optional, to taste)
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust: add more jalapeños for heat, or buttermilk to thin
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
