Black Bean Dip
A creamy black bean dip loaded with black beans, garlic, lime juice, onion and more! It's simple to make and loaded with flavor!

- 2 cans black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1-2 jalapenos (de-seeded )
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 yellow onion (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 4 tbsp water
- 1/3 cup cilantro (packed )
In a blender or food processor, add all ingredients and blend until pureed.
Garnish with extra cilantro and cotija cheese. I like to add a few black beans on top as well.
Serve with your favorite chips or pita slices.
