Ingredients
  

  • 8-10 ounces goat cheese (softened)
  • 6 ounces cream cheese (softened to room temperature)
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese ((can also use shredded))
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional if you like a little heat)
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives (diced)
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary (diced)
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a medium bowl, combine goat cheese, cream cheese, parmesan, minced garlic, olive oil, black pepper, and herbs. Stir until smooth and well mixed.
  • Transfer the cheese mixture to an oven-safe dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until the dip is bubbling and slightly golden on top.
  • Remove from the oven and garnish with extra rosemary. Serve warm with crackers, crostini, or fresh veggies.
