8-10 ounces goat cheese (softened) 6 ounces cream cheese (softened to room temperature) 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese ((can also use shredded)) 3 cloves garlic (minced) 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional if you like a little heat) 2 tbsp fresh chives (diced) 1 tbsp fresh rosemary (diced) 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a medium bowl, combine goat cheese, cream cheese, parmesan, minced garlic, olive oil, black pepper, and herbs. Stir until smooth and well mixed.
