A tasty and inexpensive party snack, these spicy fire crackers are loaded with flavor from red pepper flakes and ranch seasoning then baked to golden perfection!
In a large plastic bag (like a gallon size ziplock bag), add vegetable oil, ranch seasoning packets, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika.
Seal the bag well and use your hands to mix together the oil and seasonings until combined.
Open the bag and add all the saltines (4 sleeves-worth) to the plastic bag.
Reseal the bag and carefully toss it back and forth to allow the oil and seasonings to pour over each cracker.
Allow the saltines to sit in the bag for at least an hour (or overnight!) and absorb the mixture.
Preheat the oven to 250 ℉ and line a baking sheet with the saltine crackers in a single layer. You don't want any overlapping.
Bake for 20 minutes. Allow the crackers to cool to room temperature and store in an airtight container. Enjoy!
