Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 packets Ranch Seasoning & Dressing Mix
  • 3 tbsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 box saltine crackers (4 sleeves of crackers)

Instructions

  • In a large plastic bag (like a gallon size ziplock bag), add vegetable oil, ranch seasoning packets, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika.
  • Seal the bag well and use your hands to mix together the oil and seasonings until combined.
  • Open the bag and add all the saltines (4 sleeves-worth) to the plastic bag.
  • Reseal the bag and carefully toss it back and forth to allow the oil and seasonings to pour over each cracker.
  • Allow the saltines to sit in the bag for at least an hour (or overnight!) and absorb the mixture.
  • Preheat the oven to 250 ℉ and line a baking sheet with the saltine crackers in a single layer. You don't want any overlapping.
  • Bake for 20 minutes. Allow the crackers to cool to room temperature and store in an airtight container. Enjoy!
