An easy yet fancy appetizer, these stuffed endive are topped with delicious ingredients like pears, crispy prosciutto, toasted walnuts and a honey drizzle!
To crisp your prosciutto, simply place it in a non-stick skillet or frying pan and cook for 1-2 minutes per side. Remove and crumble into small bites.
Carefully separate the endive leaves, discarding any outer leaves that are wilted or damaged.Rinse the leaves under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
Spread a thin layer of herbed goat cheese (or plain, original goat cheese if that's what you have) along the bottom of each endive leaf.
Sprinkle chopped pears, crispy prosciutto, and toasted walnuts over the goat cheese.
Repeat with the remaining endive leaves.
Just before serving, drizzle honey over the stuffed endive. Sprinkle on diced chives over top. Enjoy!
