  • 16 ounces mozzarella balls (or "mozzarella pearls")
  • 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 3 tablespoons fresh basil (finely chopped)
  • 2 tabelspoons fresh parsley (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme or rosemary (finely chopped (or any herb of choice))
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • In a small mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, fresh herbs, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
  • Add the drained mozzarella balls and stir to coat evenly.
