In a mixing bowl, combine the Boursin Garlic and Herb Cheese with sour cream. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
Transfer the creamy Boursin and sour cream mixture to the bottom of a serving dish, creating an even layer.
Gently drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the Boursin.
Evenly sprinkle the chopped fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, sage, and chives) and chopped walnuts (or your choice of nuts like pecans, etc) over the cheese.
Sprinkle on red pepper flakes, lemon zest and parmesan cheese.
Add a pinch of sea salt and black pepper, adjusting for preference.
