Ingredients
  

  • 2 (5.2 ounce) Boursin Rounds (Garlic and Herb)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1-2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, sage, parsley) (chopped)
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (or chili flakes)
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (or pecans, almonds, pistachios)
  • 1 pinch course sea salt
  • 1 pinch course ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Boursin Garlic and Herb Cheese with sour cream. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
  • Transfer the creamy Boursin and sour cream mixture to the bottom of a serving dish, creating an even layer.
  • Gently drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the Boursin.
  • Evenly sprinkle the chopped fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, sage, and chives) and chopped walnuts (or your choice of nuts like pecans, etc) over the cheese.
  • Sprinkle on red pepper flakes, lemon zest and parmesan cheese.
  • Add a pinch of sea salt and black pepper, adjusting for preference.
  • Serve with crostini, crackers, crudites, etc.
