This simple artichoke dip proves you don’t need a long ingredient list to get big, crowd-pleasing flavor. It bakes up creamy in the center with a lightly golden top and works for everything from holiday spreads to last-minute get-togethers.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 14-ounce can artichoke hearts (well drained and finely chopped)
  • 1 cup high-quality mayonnaise (full-fat)
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Add the chopped artichokes, mayonnaise, and Parmesan to a mixing bowl and stir until fully combined.
  • Spoon the mixture into a small oven-safe baking dish and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 22–25 minutes, until the dip is hot throughout and lightly browned around the edges. You can also broil for 2-3 minutes at the end of baking for a golden topping.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Optional Garnish: chopped fresh herbs

Notes

This dip is perfect with toasted baguette slices, pita chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables. It also works well as a warm spread for crostini.
