Ingredients

  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 1/3 cup buffalo sauce ((like Frank's Red Sauce))
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 2 green onions (thinly sliced)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Spray a mini-muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray. Press each wonton wrapper into the mini-muffin pan. Spray again lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Bake wonton wrappers (empty) for 7-8 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Remove from oven and set pan aside.
  • Prepare buffalo chicken filling by mixing together shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, shredded cheddar cheese, and shredded mozzarella cheese in a mixing bowl.
  • Use a small scoop or tablespoon to fill each wonton cup with the buffalo chicken filling.
  • Bake again (at 350°F) for 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven and garnish with blue cheese crumbles and sliced green onion.
