1cupsliced olives((green olives, black olives, or your choice of olives))
8ouncescream cheese(softened to room temperature)
1/2cupmayonnaise
1/3cupsour cream
1cupsharp cheddar cheese(shredded)
1clovegarlic(minced)
1teaspoonItalian seasoning
2Tbspolive brine((the olive juice from the jar))
Instructions
Chop olives finely.
In a mixing bowl, combine together chopped olives, cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, shredded cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and olive brine.
Using a hand whisk, food processor or spoon, mix together the dip ingredients until they are well combined.
Refrigerate Olive Dip in an airtight container (or covered tightly with plastic wrap) until ready to serve. When ready, pull out of the refrigerator and serve with your favorite crackers, pretzels, or vegetable sticks.
Optional: Garnish with additional sliced olives, fresh herbs or green onions!
