- 1 large brie wheel (8-ounce or similar)
- 1/3 cup fig jam
- 2 tbsp chopped figs (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped pecans (optional)
- 1 tsp chopped rosemary (for garnish)
Preheat oven to 375° F and top a baking sheet with a large piece of parchment paper.
Place the brie wheel in the center of the parchment paper.
Spread on fig jam evenly on top of the brie wheel.
Garnish brie wheel with chopped figs, chopped nuts, and a sprinkle of fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme.
Bake brie with fig jam for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and serve with your favorite crackers. Careful, brie cheese gets very hot!
