- 1/3 cup red onion (diced)
- 1 jalapeno pepper (deseeded, ribs removed, and diced)
- 1 cup peaches (chopped)
- 1 cup mango (chopped)
- 2/3 cup tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup orange bell pepper (diced)
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper (diced)
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp cilantro (chopped)
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir to toss all together.
Serve peach mango salsa with tortilla chips!
