Ingredients

  • 1 block feta cheese ((about 12 ounces))
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano

  • 24 Kalamata olives (or other black olives (pitted))

  • Serve alongside extra olive oil and oregano. If not serving immediately, store chilled in the refrigerator for up to 3 hours.
